Warranty Policy:

  1. Kindly mention your ticket number on the shipping label before dispatching the product to us.
  2. The product must be properly packed to ensure it remains intact and is not damaged during transit.
  3. Ant Esports will not be liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
  4. Products will not be considered under warranty if found tampered with, have liquid damage (such as oxidation on the PCB), or are damaged due to acts of God. Ant Esports will not be liable for any repair or replacement in such cases. Pickup, return, and service charges will be applicable.
  5. If the product’s serial number label is tampered with or removed, the product will be considered out of warranty.
  6. Cosmetic damage, minor cosmetic abnormalities (including minor pixel abnormalities), and normal wear and tear (such as scratches, dents, and chips) will not be covered under warranty.
  7. If the product has been used with accessories not made or authorized by Ant Esports, or if any unauthorized repairs or modifications have been made, the warranty will be void immediately.
  8. Upon receiving the product, if the service team does not find any issue with it, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  9. Warranty is only provided for the product itself and not for its compatibility with any specific external devices like PCs, mobiles, tablets, or consoles. The product will be considered functional if it works as expected with any generic device.
  10. Acceptance of Repaired/Replaced/Returned Products: Ant Esports will not be responsible if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Only two delivery attempts will be made. If the first attempt fails, the package may be disposed of if uncollected.
