If you're experiencing an issue with your DVR freezing , getting stuck or restarting repeatedly on the CP Plus startup logo, follow these steps:
Download the flashing firmware from the link below.
Extract the firmware files from the downloaded folder.
Format a USB flash drive to FAT32.
Copy all files (not the folder—only the files) from the extracted folder to the USB drive.
Power off the DVR, insert the USB drive, and then power it back on.
Wait for a few minutes until the DVR automatically reboot on.
Once the reboot is complete, remove the USB drive.
Your DVR should now be working properly. If there is a hardware issue with the DVR, this method will not resolve the problem.
